WHY “NAU SHE GROWS” EXISTS

By design, I have a lot of life-changing experiences. Often co-created in an extraordinary community.

Many of my most important transformations have come from my fellow learners and leaders reflecting me back to me in ways I could not have seen on my own. I have become who I am because others have been bold enough to share their authentics selves and experiences, and patient enough to coax me out from hiding.

In other words, exceptional humans helped me discover that the audacious, empowered, mind-blowing, world-changing life I want to experience is on the other side of learning how to share myself. Not just the parts of me that are celebrated and beloved by the world, but all of me. Especially the parts that even I struggle to accept and love.

At Grow Nau, we swing for the fences. So friends, welcome to my forum for sharing!

“Nau She Grows” is my space to bring my full self to the world. Because when I share me fully, it always serves the greater good.

(No matter how logically my conscious mind argues against that point…)

I expect it will become a collection of experiences, reflections, insights, and contemplations that mirror my messy, magical, yet-to-be-discovered journey of growth.

With all the courage I can muster, I invite you to follow along and extract whatever nurturing, reassurance, validation, challenge, inspiration, judgment, curiosity, or laughter will seed and water your own growth as you pursue your own greatness.
